A quite vigorous and very distinctive hybrid that produces inflorescences of deep reddish purple up to 6 in. tall from mounds of circular rosettes of shiny green leaves. 8 in.

(Irregulares) This tiny form of the well known autumn flowering S. fortunei is well established and proving to be  a very useful item for a moist semi shaded trough. The bristly leaves forming a low neat rosette and producing on 2 inch stems the typical white flowers.

(Ligulatae) Rosettes to 5 inches across of strap-like leathery leaves. Large pyramidal inflorescence 10 in. tall of many white flowers  spotted with red.

‘WINIFRED  BEVINGTON’

Of the ‘London pride’ type with neat glossy green leaves forming rosettes around one inch across that produce a neat low mat. flowers on 2 – 3 inch stems appear pink but are in fact white heavily spotted with red.
